State of the River Trail … Next Week

Volunteers who examined the Schuylkill River Trail through Conshohocken will present their findings next week.

The group walked the Schuylkill River Trail to experience the river, trail and towns through the eyes of a visitor and will present their assessment on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Conshohocken Borough Hall.

The event was the kickoff of the Schuylkill River Town Program in Conshohocken, a two-year initiative funded by the William Penn Foundation and managed by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council to build stewardship of the Schuylkill River and adjacent trail through education and engagement.
