
A teenager was shot in Whitemarsh Township at about 3:30 p.m. today.
According to Whitemarsh Police Chief Michael Beaty, the 15-year-old suffered a minor graze wound to the head and was taken to Temple University Hospital. There are few details, but Beaty said the teenager is going to be OK.

The incident, which is currently under investigation, happened in the 2300 block of Mulberry Lane.
According to Beaty, the 15-year-old who was shot was showing several guns to a 15- or 16-year-old friend while in the kitchen in a house in the 2300 block of Mulberry Lane. While handling the weapon, the weapon discharged.
