• Here's how Quaker Valley area reorganized their local governments to start the year (triblive.com) — Sewickley residents have their borough leadership set for the new year, with Cynthia Mullins and Julie Barnes continuing as council president and vice president and several council members and the tax collector sworn into new terms. Nearby Aleppo, Bell Acres, Leet, Leetsdale and Sewickley Heights also finalized council officers, managers and meeting schedules, including Bell Acres’ backup meetings at Big Sewickley Creek Fire Hall.
