9/11: Honoring the First Responders-Local Events

Members of the invite the public to join them in commeorating the tenth anniversary of September 11, 2001.

The fire company posted this schedule on its website Sunday.

On Friday, members of the Fire Company took part in a mass to honor fallen first responders at in Devon.

Click on the clip to see the tolling of the fire bell from the company's vintage fire truck, struck in honor of the memory of the first responders who died on 9/11.

On the 10th Anniversary of the attacks on September 11, 2001, the Berwyn Fire Company will participate in several area memorial services honoring those who lost their lives at the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Arlington, Va. and the crash-site in Shanksville, Pa.
