Avero Craft Pizza Opens For Dinner Wednesday

A trendy Italian eatery on Lancaster Avenue/Route 30, accented with orange awnings and green shrubbery, will officially be open for dinner on Wednesday.

For months of construction and deliberation, Avero Craft Pizza has been in the works in the Whole Foods Shopping Center situated at 821 Lancaster Ave. in Devon. The location, owned by Scott Morrison and Vince Schiavone, will feature a wood-burning pizza oven, full bar and menu including pasta and meatballs.

According to general manager Pete Raffetto, the restaurant will first undertake a "soft, slow open" on Wednesday, welcoming guests at 5 p.m.
