Celebrate Bastille Day With French-Inspired Food at Ella's
Champagne, white lamb stew and salad of escarole will be involved for the French holiday.

In honor of Bastille Day, Ella's American Bistro will be serving a number of French-inspired dishes and drinks on Sunday, July 14.
Bastille Day is commemorated on July 14, the day that the people of Paris stormed the Bastille prison in 1789 and effectively began the violent overthrow of the monarchy to make way for a republic. Click here to find more regional events around the French holiday.
The restaurant, located at 214 Sugartown Rd. in Wayne, will add the following items to the menu:
Dinner Specials
Soupe Cresson, pomme de terre
Watercress & Potato SoupÂ
Blanquette d'Agneau au vin blanc
White Lamb Stew with white wine
Salade Dauphinoise
Salad of Escarole, Ham, Cheese, and WalnutsÂ
Moules a la provencale
Mussels, tomato, garlic, olive oil, white wineÂ

French 75 Martini
Gin, Lemon, Champagne, Simple SyrupÂ
Bastille Day Punch
Bacardi Rum, Myers Dark Rum, Pineapple, Orange Juice, GrenadineÂ
Reservations are recommended and can be made on the restaurant website or at the phone number (610) 964-3552. Additionally, thriftier eating is available by purchasing the restaurant's Groupon - $25 for $50 worth of food.
