Delays are expected on I-76 eastbound in Upper Merion Thursday as the right lane is scheduled to be closed at the US-202 interchange from 9 a.m. to noon, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

The closure has been scheduled so officials can conduct a bridge inspection.

Motorists are advised to allow more time for travel on I-76 east during this time as slowdowns will occur.
