Jury Finds Philly Man Guilty of Indecent Exposure at Paoli Library

A Chester County judge ordered Nathaniel Brooks, Jr. to a time-served jail sentence of nine to 23 months for the 2014 incident.

A Chester County jury found a Philadelphia man guilty Thursday on charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness relating to an incident at the Paoli Library last year, according to the Daily Local News.

Nathaniel Brooks, Jr, 59, was given a time-served sentence of nine to 23 months by Chester County Judge Anthony Sarcione and paroled following Thursday’s hearing, the report says.

According to the original report from Tredyffrin police, a woman reported that man was touching himself while speaking to her at the Paoli Library on Aug. 23, 2014. During the trial, according to the report, the victim testified that Brooks lowered his pants and underwear and exposed himself to her.
