Dressage at Devon is the first major event at the grounds since Easttown's Board of Supervisors v for parking in temporary and permanent no parking zones.

Easttown officials made no bones about during the Board of Supervisors discussions before the ordinance passed. They want to control parking on neighborhood streets. Jacking the fines up to $50 could be a strong dis-incentive to park illegally. In the past, parking in lots around the Devon Horse show was not much more than the parking fines, making a shorter walk worth the gamble to many horse show fans.
