Police Log: Tredyffrin Township
Police arrested suspects on charges of child endangerment, theft, possessing a stolen handgun and other offenses in August.

TREDYFFRIN, PA —A 37-year-old Philadelphia man was accused of leaving three young children home alone on Aug. 28 in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township.
Jiacheng Pan is awaiting a preliminary hearing on a charge of endangering the welfare of children. Police said Pan left the children home without supervision.

- Shelsie Mangual, 27, of Philadelphia, is free on $5,000 bail on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said Mangual was involved in a domestic disturbance on Aug. 6 in the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Zhane Shivers, 20, and Naadirah Sturgis, 20, both of Philadelphia, are free $5,000 each on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Police said the suspects were in the midst of a retail theft in an establishment in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township on Aug. 6.
- Spiros Papanikolaou, 51, of Wayne, was charged on Aug. 13 with theft and receiving stolen property. Police said he stole items in the Chesterbrook section of Tredyffrin Township.
- German Rodriguez, 25, of Philadelphia, is free on $10,000 bail on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Police said Rodriguez was in the midst of a retail theft when they arrived at a retail establishment in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Madeline Raby, 26, of Paoli, is free on $2,000 bail on charges of simple assault and harassment. Police said they responded to a domestic disturbance on Aug. 14 in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township for a domestic disturbance.
- Orlando Brown, 41, of Aston, Delaware County, is free on nominal bail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances on Aug. 20 when he was in a single-vehicle accident in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Gregory Lackay, 34, of Philadelphia is free on $20,000 bail after being arrested on Aug, 24 on charges of theft and possessing controlled substances. Police said he stole merchandiser from a car dealership in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.
- William Hallager, 48, Yeadon, Delaware County, is free on nominal bail on charges of retail theft and possessing of drug paraphernalia. Police said they responded to a call on Aug. 25 when a retail theft was in progress at a retail establishment in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Craig Massey, 52, of Philadelphia, is in Chester County Prison on charges of retail theft, identity theft and giving false identification to law enforcement officers and related offenses. Police said Massey provided false identification to police in the parking lot of a shopping center in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Jamile Jackson, 29, of Philadelphia, is free on $25,000 bail on charges of receiving stolen property and traffic violations. Police said he had a stolen handgun in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Aug. 30.
