  • The first stop is an Infrared Sauna: The saunas provide a warming feeling that boosts endorphins that enhance your mood. An infrared sauna emits low heat and no humidity and works from the inside out to raise your core body temperature. You can read, listen to music, watch movies on a state-of-the-art flat screen, or relax and do nothing in the sauna. “You detox and renew here,” Sjostrom said, starting off the tour. “It heats your body from the inside out. It’s like you are walking on the beach.”
  • The second stop is Red Light Therapy: During a 10-minute session, you stand between panels of red lights. The session will stimulate cells. The room is private.
  • The third stop is 3D Massage Therapy: The lounge chairs are in a greenhouse-type paradise with 3D massage lounging chairs. They have six rollers that feel like hands. The system allows a full-body stretch and massage. There are a variety of massages available to combat back pain, stress muscle recovery, and more.
