Say Cheese: Berwyn Restauranteur Has a Way With Curd on '10!' Show

Nectar Chef/Owner Patrick Feury cooks up tasty summer recipes on NBC 10.

Inspired by local farmers and cheese makers in Chester and Lancaster County, Chef/Owner Patrick Fury spent part of his summer studying advanced cheese making in Vermont.

Feury is back home in the kitchen of his restaurant on Lancaster Ave. in Berwyn and on the set of the 10! Show at NBC Philadelphia's Bala Cynwyd Studios.  Thursday, Feury made a summer salad featuring homemade mozerella cheese and vegetables found in local farmers markets.

Serious foodies may want to try their hand at making the mozerella at home. Others may just want to order it when it's on the menu. Feury says they make the cheese fresh with every order at the restaurant.
