T&E Care Seeks Donations of Children's Clothing

Drop off from March 5 to 13 at any TESD schools, the Tredyffrin Library, Play It Again Sports, Doctors Best or Club La Maison.

Tredyffrin & Easttown Care, a local non-profit that helps families in and around TE, is looking for donations of new or gently used clothing for infants through teens for its upcoming Kids Clothing Grab Bag.

According to T&E Care:

Items can be dropped off anytime between March 5 and 13 at any of the local TESD schools, the Tredyffrin Library, Play It Again Sports (Berwyn), Doctors Best (Berwyn) or Club La Maison (Wayne). Please drop items off only when the schools/businesses are open.

Clothing for all seasons, plus good-quality shoes, boots, coats, belts or other accessories will be accepted. This year there will be a special room for teen girls, so donations of items that teen girls would like would especially be great! For a list of items not accepted, and for other information, please go to the T&E Care website.

Be sure to also mark your calendars for the Grab Bag itself, March 20 (2 to 7 p.m.) or March 21 (9 a.m. to noon) at St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church on Walker Road in Wayne. New this year is a Girls Teen Pop-up Shop, on March 20 from 4 to 7 p.m. All teen girls are encouraged to come for special deals on clothes!

This fundraiser for T&E Care is a great chance for everyone to restock your kids’ closets with great quality clothes. A suggested donation of $10 per bag is appreciated.
