What's Closed on the Fourth of July in Tredyffrin-Easttown?

The Fourth of July brings fireworks, celebrations, barbecues as well as several closings in Tredyffrin-Easttown.

The following locations will be closed for the holiday:

• Banks–Many banks in the area will be closed for the day.
• Government offices– The Tredyffrin and Easttown Township offices will be closed as well as the federal s and Chester County offices.
• Libraries - Tredyffrin, Paoli and Easttown Public Libraries will be closed. 
• Liquor stores - All Pennsylvania liquor stores will be closed.
• Post offices–All post offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.
• Transportation– PennDOT offices and Drivers License Centers will be closed. SEPTA will run on a Sunday schedule, but the transit agency is running special trains and busses for the Welcome America festivities in Center City Philadelphia.
