What's for Dinner? Devon Mom Hopes You'll Think Her Recipe is Worth a Million

Jennifer Neely of Devon needs your vote now to make it to the Pillsbury Bake Off.

is hoping to win over your tastebuds and take home a million dollars in the process. Neely is one of 20 contestants vying for one of the final ten slots in the Pillsbury Bake Off.

To be selected as one of the 100 finalists in the Bake Off, Neely first has to get more on-line votes than Nadine Clark of Quakertown, PA. Time is running out. The deadline for voting is 12:59 p.m. on Thursday. You can go the Pillsbury website now and vote for her "Yummy Hummus Slaw Sandwich" recipe.

Neely's 25 minute sandwich recipe is up against a Thai Chicken Sub that takes about 40 minutes. Both recipes include Pillsbury products and peanut butter.

Voting takes only a few minutes on line. The winner of this competition will go on to compete in the Pillsbury Bake Off finals next March in Orlando, Florida. The winner of the Bake Off finals will get one million dollars.

Neely, a mother of two, says it's a recipe that she, her husband, and children love. She explains that she came up with it years ago based on ingredients she had on hand at the time and adapted it to meet the ingredient requirements for the contest.

Neely will also be making the recipe Thursday at noon on Talk Philly on CBS-3, literally within minutes of the voting deadline. You don't have to wait that long. Click on the clip and watch how easy it is to make.
