30 Main, the American restaurant and bar that recently opened in April, is owned and operated by Matt and Mike DiDomenico. But they don't do it all on their own. Katie Burnside operates as house manager, handling many of the day-to-day tasks.

Earlier stints: She worked at the Waynesborough Country Club under Helen Kesaris from 2007 to 2013.
Origins: She’s worked at numerous jobs in the restaurant business including her first stint at Chick-Fil-A at 14, then she was the bartender and later bar manager at Gran Sasso in Kennett Square and the Kennett Cafe.
Favorite food item: Jamaican jerk scallop appetizer
Favorite drink: The Sabrina-tini, the signature drink by the bar manager
Best part about her job: “My staff. It’s a good group of people, and I can’t say that I have one in the bunch who I don’t get along with,” she said. “As a boss, they can call me anytime.”
When she's not at 30 Main: She and her husband own Burnside Plumbing and Heating and she is also the secretary of volunteer organization Malvern Business and Professional Association.
