UPPER DUBLIN, PA — Two local police officers who recently helped a woman in labor got a chance to check in on the proud parents of the healthy baby girl this week.

Upper Dublin Police Officer Christopher Haggar and Sgt. Ryan Judge had been dispatched to a maternity call in the Fort Washington section of the township back on May 19 and, upon arrival, encountered expectant parents Lindsay and Jim, according to a post on the department's Facebook page.

The officers, who determined that mom was in active labor at the time, ended up helping to deliver little baby Carolyn.
