UPPER DUBLIN, PA — A carnival was held in Upper Dublin Township across from the high school Thursday designed to help those residents who suffered storm damage from a tornado spawned by Hurricane Ida in early September.

Local television station 6 ABC Action News was there Thursday to speak to some of those attending the carnival, which is slated to continue on both Friday and Saturday evenings from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the proceeds from which are expected to go to various community organizations to help with storm relief.
