UPPER MORELAND, PA — Police in Upper Moreland Township are seeking the public's help in locating a driver who struck a parked car before fleeing the scene Monday night.
Surveillance video captured a silver Honda Insight striking a parked car in the township's Willow Grove section on Monday night sometime between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.
The driver can be seen briefly exiting his or her vehicle after the accident before taking off.

Left behind by the offender was a Pittsburgh Steelers baseball cap at the front bumper of their vehicle.
