2 Adults Cited In Juvenile Fight, Oil Theft: Morrisville Crimes
The Morrisville Borough Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the past month.
MORRISVILLE, PA —Two adults were cited for a fight they had with two juveniles. That was one of the criminal incidents the Morrisville Borough Police Department reported in its blotter of crimes over the past month.
These are the criminal incidents:
- Arrest/Drug Possession —Jan. 15, 7:57 p.m. A 49-year-old man was arrested after an incident where police found him passed out in his vehicle in the 7-11 parking lot. He was processed and transported to his residence. A summons will be sent to him to appear in court.
- Arrest/Warrant —Jan. 15, 11:12 a.m. A 36-year-old man turned himself into police headquarters on a warrant for an incident that occurred on July 16. He was processed and released on 10 percent bail of $5,000.
- Arrest/Receiving Stolen Property/Other Related Charges —Jan. 16, 11:47 a.m. A 24-year-old was arrested for operating a chop shop and receiving stolen car parts, license plates, etc. on the 500 block of West Bridge Street. He was taken into custody, processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
- Fraud —Jan. 17, 11:20 a.m. The victim reports receiving a text message for what she believed to be the Apple Store regarding a charge on her account. After calling the number in the text, she thought she was being transferred to the fraud department of a bank. She was instructed to purchase BitCoin at a kiosk and scan a QR code to send the money.
- Arrest/Simple Assault —Jan. 17, 3 p.m. A male juvenile will be charged for assaulting a teacher at the Morrisville School.
- Arrest/Criminal Trespassing —Jan. 17, 3:05 p.m. A 25-year-old woman and 38-year-old man will be cited for an incident with Police and Morrisville School Administration after a fight between two juveniles.
- Warrant/Theft —Jan. 7, 4:24 p.m. A warrant will be issued for a 22-year-old for cash stolen from Phantom Fireworks on Dec. 30 on South Pennsylvania Avenue. Value is $968.54
- Theft —Jan. 8, 11:29 a.m. Report of three sewing machines and a wheel barrel stolen from behind the bowling alley on the unit block of North Pennsylvania Avenue. Value is $5,960.
- Theft —Jan. 10, 7:23 p.m. Report of a package containing a sling bag stolen on the unit block of Central Avenue. Value is $183.
- Criminal Mischief to Motor Vehicles —Jan. 12, 9:13 a.m. Report of two vehicles broken into and rummaged through at the Presbyterian Towers on Hillcrest Avenue.
- Theft —Jan. 12, 1:20 p.m. Report of 175 gallons of oil stolen from a tank at Jahan Kabob on E. Trenton Avenue. Value: $565.25
- Arrest/Criminal Mischief —Jan. 12, 4:13 p.m. A male juvenile will be cited for an incident on the 200 block of Washington Avenue.
- Motor Vehicle Theft —Jan. 13, 6:17 a.m. Report of a Hyundai Elantra stolen on the 700 block of Crown Street. At 10:08 a.m., Trenton Police recovered the vehicle. Value was $5,000.
