Yardley Couple Arrested For Endangering Child: Cops

The Lower Makefield Township Police Department issued a warrant for a couple seen driving with an infant before arresting the male involved.

YARDLEY, PA — Police have arrested a couple that has a warrant issued for them after recklessly driving with an infant. The couple is wanted for endangering the welfare of a child.

The incident in question occurred on Friday, Nov. 19. at the Shell Station, located in 61 Oxford Valley Rd. in Yardley.

Police form the Lower Makefield Township Police Deparment responded to a report of a couple driving with an infant in the woman's lap.

Employees of the gas station were able to get the license number of the car, as well as surveillance footage.

Police arrived to their address at Bluebird Drive and arrested the male, 35, who was driving the vehicle. He attempted to flee after becoming verbally resistant. He was given an additional charge of disorderly conduct.
