Taylorsville Road Exit Ramp Is Closed For Final Paving

The exit and entry ramps for I-295 Westbound at Taylorsville Road (Exit 10) closed at 2 p.m. on Monday for the final stages of paving work.

LOWER MAKEFIELD, PA — Exit 10 on I-295 has been closed for the final stages of pavement work.

The exit and entry ramps that link I-295 westbound and Taylorsville Road closed at 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 15, and will remain closed for road work until approximately 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16.

Motorists and commuters traveling from New Jersey to Pennsylvania are advised to use the nearby I-295 interchange at Route 332/Newtown-Yardley Road (Exit 8) while pavement is underway.

Motorists seeking to enter I-295 westbound for travel toward Newtown, Philadelphia and other points west will also not be able to do so; alternative routes should be planned ahead.

The paving is part of the ongoing Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement Project.
