KidsFest In Morrisville Set For Oct. 19
Sponsored by the area's state senator, the festival will include vendors, activities and information booths.
MORRISVILLE, PA — A festival for kids has been planned for this month in Morrisville by the area's state senator.
Sponsored by state Sen. Steve Santarsiero, KidsFest is set for 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, at Morrisville High School.
There will be more than 30 booths set up with both fun and valuable information for children and their families. There will be exhibits by Bucks County Free Library, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County, Council Rock Coalition for Healthy Youth, PA State Treasury and more.

There also will be an interactive performance by entertainer YoYo, who seeks to inspire children and adults to see fitness as a fun, playful and lifelong commitment.
Other attractions will include the Pennsylvania State Police helicopter, the Bucks County Community College ArtMobile, Bucks County Intermediate Unit Mobile FAB LAB, animals from the Silver Lake Nature Center, the Bucks County Sheriff's Community Resource Unit and trucks from the Morrisville Fire Company.

There will be food available and pumpkin painting.
Also, there will be drawings for a Sesame Place family 4-pack, a family membership to Silver Lake Nature Center, gift baskets with movie tickets and more.
The high school is located at 550 W. Palmer St. in Morrisville.
