Yardley Borough To Host Olde Fashioned Christmas Parade
The Borough will see a Christmas parade go down South Main Street on Saturday, Dec. 4, featuring music and floats, as well as Santa himself.

YARDLEY, PA — Yardley Borough will be hosting the Yardley Olde Fashioned Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 4.
Beginning at 3:30 p.m., the parade will see bands, carolers, Christmas floats, and costumed characters walking passed all who attend the free event.
The parade will travel down South Main Street and West Afton Ave, starting at the American Legion on 215 S. Main St. and ending at Buttonwood Park. The guest of honor, Santa Claus, will travel through the parade to the Christmas tree on West Afton to light it for everyone to see.

He will also stay after to have a meet-and-greet with all the children who want to give him their Christmas lists (and maybe ask for a few other presents mom and dad don't know about). He and Mrs. Claus will have set up their own workshop for everyone to come visit them at.
The event is scheduled to end around 5:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of all the holiday shopping and food available at local restaurants.

The event will be sponsored by McCafferey's Food Market and the Yardley Business Association.
