Rhode Island Heat Wave To Continue Thursday

The hot weather should subside Friday evening.

The heat wave that started Tuesday morning should last at least through Thursday.

The National Weather Service has its heat advisory expiring at 7 p.m. Thursday, but also predicts a high temperature of 85 degrees for Friday, even higher than the 83 degrees predicted for Thursday.

The National Weather Service was calling for a low around 65 degrees Friday night and a more bearable high of about 80 degrees Saturday.
