MA Man Nabbed On Indecent Solicitation Of A Child Charge: Cops
The Massachusetts man was also charged with resisting arrest.
A Massachusetts man was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police and charged with the indecent solicitation of a child.
Jung Nam, 36, of Somerville was taken into custody Monday by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the state police said.
Nam was also charged with resisting arrest.

"Mr. Nam was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace," police said.
Nam was released on his own recognizance, court records show. As a condition of his release, he is to have no contact with minors.

Maj. Kenneth M. Moriarty failed to respond to a message requesting further information on the circumstances of Nam's case and his arrest.
