The advisory begins at 10 p.m. Wednesday and continues through 8 a.m. Thursday.
The National Weather Service forecast called for winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

"Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects," the National Weather Service warned. "Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result."
The National Weather Service also cautioned motorists to be careful while driving during the wind advisory.

"Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles," the National Weather Service said. "Use extra caution."
Besides the high winds, Wednesday night was to be mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 41, according to the National Weather Service.
The Thursday forecast called for sunny with a high near 51.
