RI Man Charged With Threatening To Shoot And Kill Trump, Bondi And Miller: Feds
The death threat was in a "profanity-laced" Truth Social post, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Rhode Island man threatened to shoot and kill President Trump, Attorney General Pamela Bondi and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Carl Montague, 37, "issued a profanity-laced posting on Truth Social threatening to shoot and kill" the three, according to a news release the U.S. Attorney's Rhode Island Office.
Montague was arrested Wednesday morning and scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon, the release said.

"Montague is charged by way of a criminal complaint with threats against the President; interstate threats; threats to assault; and kidnap, or murder of a United States official, judge, or law enforcement officer," the release said.
The matter was investigated by the FBI, U.S. Secret Service and the Providence Police Department, the release said.
