Here are five things you should know about today in Barrington:
- Mostly sunny all day with a high temperature near 70 degrees.
- The Barrington/Warren Rotary Club meets every Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Wharf Tavern, 215 Water St., Warren; there is a different speaker each week.
- Rhythm Quest Percussion, a youth-based percussion ensemble for kids ages 12-18 from all over the East Bay, meets at the Reynolds school building, 235 High St., Bristol from 6 to 8 pm.
- It's Movie Tuesday at the Barrington Senior Center; see a free movie at 12:30 pm in the lower level of the Barrington library.
- View local narrative landscape paintings and a mixed-media art display at the Barrington Public Library in May by painter Michele Mennucci and brothers Emmett and Wesley Van Leer, respectively.
