Your Guide to Atwater-Donnelly Show on Government Center Lawn Sunday

The folk duo will bring traditional American and Celtic folk music to Barrington once again.

Barrington's free Summer Concert Series continues on Sunday evening, July 28, with one of Rhode Island's best-known folk duos -- "Atwater-Donnelly."

Aubrey Atwater and Elwood Donnelly return to the Government Center just south of the Town Hall next to the library. They will perform from 6 to 7:30 pm.

The husband-wife duo provide a unique blend of traditional American and Celtic folk music and dance, along with original songs and poetry. They also blend pleasing vocals with sounds from an array of instruments, including the mountain dulcimer, old-time banjo, tin whistle, guitar, mandolin, harmonica, limberjacks, their feet and more.
