Sept. 11

Thomas G. Carter, 55, of Charlestown, was stopped on County Road near CVS at 12:42 p.m. He was cited for Driving with a suspended license, second offense.

Donald J. Grillo, 35, of Warren, turned himself in at the police station on an arrest warrant. He was charged with obtaining money (under $500) under false pretenses.

A 16-year-old Barrington male was charged with a weapons violation at 1:38 p.m. He was arrested at Barrington High. The charge was Weapons other than firearms prohibited.

Sept. 13

Richard Michael Setzer, 34, of East Providence, was stopped at 4:54 p.m. at County Road and Albert Avenue. He was taken into custody on a warrant.

Sambath Sam, 37, of Providence, was stopped at 7:51 p.m. on the Wampanoag Trail at the East Providence line and cited for Driving with a suspended license, first offense.

Sept. 14

Eric Mark Gemma, 35, of Barrington, was served with a bench warrant from District Court at 7:09 p.m.

Sept. 16

Julian Ischop Morales, 33, of Providence, was stopped at 5:34 p.m. on County Road at Lincoln Avenue and cited for Driving without a license (or with an expired license), first offense.

Jonas Ledesma Germosen, 28, of Cranston, was stopped on County Road near the Newport Creamery at 10:53 p.m. and cited for Driving with a Suspended License, first offense.

Sept. 17

Matthew Nathaniel Achorn, 22, of Barrington, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. after a motor vehicle accident. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense.
