• Too many holiday spirits? Barrington Police track down intoxicated teens (eastbayri.com) — Barrington Police responded Friday night after a caller reported an intoxicated teen near the Riverside–Barrington line and found several underage youths who had been drinking at a Barrington house. Officers seized empty alcohol containers, had EMTs transport the teens to a hospital for evaluation, notified their parents, and chose not to file charges while thanking the resident who reported the situation.
