Fred B. Fiske, 82, Anchor Insulation Founder

Fred Byron Fiske, of Sixth Street, Barrington, died on May 14, 2013, after a long journey with Alzheimers. He was 82.

He was the husband of Elenore “Ellie” (Schroder) Fiske for 59 years. Born in Rumford, East Providence, he was the son of the late Edward and Anna (Olson) Fiske.

Fiske founded Anchor Insulation Co. in 1990; it now have five offices in three states. A Coast Guard veteran, he was a past member of Rhode Island Country Club, the Massasoit Gun Club and the Barrington Yacht Club.

His funeral service will be held on Saturday June 1, 2013, in the Barrington Baptist Church, Old County Road, Barrington at 3 pm. Arrangements are being handled by the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home in Riverside. Click here for the complete obitury.
