Barrington High School Superintendent Michael Messore told ABC6 that it didn’t take long for school and police authorities to conclude that there was never any threat. He also said the student who reported the Snapchat posting should be commended.

ā€œI can’t stress enough how important it is no matter how large or small an incident maybe to go to a trusted adult in the building,ā€ the superintendent said.
