Former Bristol Town Administrator Joins Cicilline Staff

U.S. Rep. David Cicilline on Wednesday announced the hiring of former Bristol Town Administrator Diane Mederos as Deputy District Director.

Mederos served four terms, from 2004 through 2012, as town administrator, and previously served as town clerk for 20 years.

She announced last summer that she would not seek a fifth term as town administrator.

"Diane will bring great skill and years of experience to her new role serving residents of Rhode Island’s First Congressional District,” said Cicilline in a statement. “Diane possesses a wide knowledge of and deep appreciation for the important responsibilities of a Congressional office and I know that she will be an incredible asset.”
