Wanted MA Man Nabbed In West Warwick: Cops
The Massachusetts man was wanted on five warrants, police said.
WEST WARWICK, RI — A wanted Massachusetts man was apprehended in West Warwick, police said.
Andrew George, 40, was arrested shortly after 9 p.m. Monday on warrants in connection with cases involving charges of sexual offender failing to notify law enforcement, obtaining money under false pretenses, sexual offender registration required, driving without consent of the owner and sexual offender — failure to notify change in address, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
George was arrested during a traffic stop on Centerville Road in West Warwick, according to the release.

"George was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Men's Intake Center pending future arraignment," the release said.
