The Square Peg restaurant on Water Street was closed Monday, after the building was struck by a car on Saturday afternoon around 3 pm.

Warren Police Lt. Roy Borges said the driver, a teenage girl, apparently over-corrected as she turned from Miller Street onto Water Street and saw traffic approaching.

The owners of the restaurant posted a note on Facebook announcing the closure, as well as a photo of the car parked in the side of the building.

No injuries were reported, and the restaurant is expected to reopen Tuesday, according to a sign posted on the door.
