Drug Task Force Arrests 2 Rhode Island Men: Cops
The task force arrested one man from Central Falls and another from Woonsocket, police said.
The Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force arrested two men Friday, police said.
Anthony Woodbury, 35, of Central Falls, and Rodney Avalo, 33, were taken into custody Friday and charged with possession with intent to deliver, police said in a media release.
The arrests were the "result of a narcotics investigation conducted by members of the HIDTA Task Force," according to the release.

Woodbury and Avalo were both "taken into custody without incident," processed, arraigned and "turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution," the release said.
