CCFD Board of Directors Candidate: Fred Gralinski
Fred is one of 12 candidates vying for a seat on the Central Coventry Fire District Board of Directors, which will be decided with an all-day vote on June 29.
Fred Gralinski of 7 Hawthorne Road in Coventry, has served as co-chair of the Central Coventry Citizens Taskforce since its inception and is running as one of the six Taskforce-endorsed candidates.
He is a former Board member of the Harris Fire District, and has served on several town committees, including its Growth Management Committee and the Charter Review Committee.
Fred believes that his experience with town government and the Harris Fire District in particular will be important in addressing and correcting issues that contributed to the current situation with the Central Coventry Fire District.
The Special Election will take place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2013, in the Town Council Chambers at the Coventry Town Hall (1675 Flat River Rd.).
