Casino Disturbance Leads To DUI Arrest: Rhode Island Cops
The North Providence man was arrested after a disturbance at Bally's Twin River Lincoln casino, police said.
LINCOLN, RI — Rhode Island state troopers arrested a North Providence man for driving under the influence following a disturbance at Bally's Twin River Lincoln casino, police said.
Jose Lourenco, 67, was arrested shortly after 1 p.m. on the DUI charge as well as a charge of refusal to submit to a chemical test, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Bally's Casino for a disturbance," the release said.

Lourenco was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released with a Third Division District Court arraignment date, according to the release.
State police Lt. Col. Robert Creamer and the state police legal office failed to respond when asked for additional information on Lourenco's arrest.
