Child Molestation; Failure To Report A Death: Coventry Police Log

COVENTRY, RI — The following people were arrested by Coventry police between July 11 and July 18.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in were only omitted when not provided by police.

July 11

6:05 p.m. — John Carlevale, 49, of Hull, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct.

9:25 p.m. — Claudia Hernandez, 39, of Coventry, was charged with DUI (first offense).

July 14

9:25 p.m. — Jeffrey Thomas, 56, of Coventry, was charged with DUI (first offense), duty to stop in a motor vehicle accident, and failure to report a death.

July 15

9:02 a.m. — Kathleen Howes, 52, of Coventry, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.

July 16

8:42 p.m. — Joshua Dion, 35, of Coventry, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

July 17

1:53 p.m. — Jordan Chichester, 36, of Coventry, was charged with felony shoplifting, shoplifting, and conspiracy. Police said Chichester was also arrested on an active bench warrant.

2 p.m. — Jesse Himeon, 29, of Coventry, was charged with shoplifting and obstructing an officer.

3:04 p.m. — David Ouellette, 64, of Coventry, was charged with three counts of first-degree child molestation and second-degree child molestation. See more on the arrest: Coventry Man Charged With 7 Child Molestation Counts.

July 18

1:30 a.m. — Veronica Sweet, 28, of South Kingstown, was charged with DUI (first offense).

9:48 a.m. — Daniel Marks, 74, of Coventry, was arrested on an active bench warrant
