Coventry Job Lot Offers Discounts to Teachers
Teachers who show proof of employment at Job Lot stores in Rhode Island can get 30 percent off classroom supplies.
Ocean State Job Lot this week announced its "Educator Partnership" program, offering 30-percent discounts to teachers who are preparing for the new school year.
The discount retailer has a store right here in Coventry at 1173 Tiogue Ave., as well as several nearby locations like 1290 Warwick Ave. and 3030 West Shore Rd., both in Warwick, in addition to 13 other locations across the state.
Starting on Aug. 8 and ending on Aug. 21, the retailer will offer the discount to teachers, educators, homeschoolers, school management, and support personnel who are authorized to make purchases on behalf of their schools.Â
Proof of employment, such as a pay stub or photo ID, are required at checkout.
The discount applies to more than 900 products, according to a company press release.
