Feb. 25

Trudeau, 27 or 28, of Hopkinton, was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; and cited for traffic violations: Turn signal required; Laned roadway violations; Refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test; Speeding 1 to 10 mph in excess of posted speed limit; windshield and window stickers (obstructed view); Possession of marijuana (1 oz. or less by a person 17 or older).
