Pasta Dinner Fundraiser THIS SATURDAY: Tickets are still available for the fundraising event, "Raising the Roof On Humanity", a pasta dinner organized by the wives and significant others of the Central Coventry firefighters, with the hopes of raising enough money to repair the leaking roof of the late CCFD Battalion Chief Bill Hall's house. The dinner will be held from 4-8 p.m. at the West Warwick Elks Club (60 Clyde St., West Warwick) and will cost $10 for adults and $5 for children. Community Garden Help: The Coventry Community Garden, organized and overseen by longtime resident Gail Tatangelo, is in great need of volunteers to assist with planting, weeding, watering and harvesting through the summer months. If you're interested in volunteering time to the garden that provides healthy food to Coventry residents in need, email Gail at gail660@verizon.net. Feel free to stop by the garden across from Town Hall to lend a hand!
