Arrested Again: Coventry Man Was Out On Bail For Fatal Hit & Run
William Fallon, 35, is due back in court. Police said they caught him behind the wheel, a violation of a court order.

COVENTRY, RI--William Fallon, 35, of Coventry, is due back in Superior Court on Friday. Police arrested him Thursday when he was allegedly caught behind the wheel, a violation of his bail conditions and a Superior Court order.
Fallon has been accused in the 2017 hit-and-run death of Matthew O'Gara, a Coventry teen. O'Gara, 19, was walking with friends along Arnold Road near his home when Fallon allegedly drove a truck with an attached plow into him and fled. Police posted pictures of Fallon's truck on social media, and tips led to the arrest.
He was indicted by a grand jury for Driving to Endanger-Death Resulting and Duty to Stop-Death Resulting. He was out on bail pending trial. As one of his bail conditions, he is prohibited from driving. Coventry police allege they caught him on the road on Thursday. He was held overnight at the police headquarters and will be taken to court Friday.
