The Johnson's Pond Civic Association is scheduled to hold its 41st Annual Ski Show at Hall's Beach on Johnson's Pond on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.
Pick a spot on the shore of Johnson's Pond to marvel at the acrobatic feats performed by some of Coventry's most passionate watersport daredevils! In years past, spectators have witnessed stunts involving one or two skis (and multiple skiers!), wakeboards, kneeboards, tubes, canoe paddles and even a heavy snowmobile! There will be food as well, so bring your appetite.Â
For years, longtime resident Bucky Siemans has been repeatedly thanked for allowing his property next to the pond off Rt. 117 to be used by the general public to view this free and popular one-day event. Thanks to community members who donate their time, resources and talent each year, the show continues to grow and evolve, now playing host to multiple generations of spectators!
