2 Felony Assaults; A Crack Cocaine Charge: Cranston Police Arrest Log

The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Saturday and Monday.

Saturday

4:17 p.m. — Gerson Castro, 28, of Cranston, was charged with felony assault/use of a device similar to a firearm and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to Restaurant Depot at 140 Kenwood St.

4:17 p.m. — Jimmy Savorn, 26, of Providence, was charged with disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to Restaurant Depot at 140 Kenwood St.

Sunday

3:52 p.m. — Catherine Orlowski, 67, of Cranston, was charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service on Calaman Road.

6:42 p.m. — Daniel Golden, 48, of Johnston, was charged with possession of crack cocaine (less than 10 grams. Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

Monday

12:38 a.m. — Jasmin Silva, 27, of Providence, was charged with possession of a schedule I-to-V drug (second offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from self-initiated contact.
