Armed Robbery At Speedway: Cranston Police

CRANSTON, RI -- The speedway Gas station at 475 Reservoir Ave., was held up Sunday night, police said. The suspect allegedly showed a semi-automatic weapon and ran off with cash. The amount is not being disclosed. He was described as a man "with a mustache and goatee, wearing a black zip up jacket with a black hoodie underneath, along with black pants, black shoes and white gloves, 5’4’’- 5’7.”

No one was hurt during the robbery, police said. They are also looking for a witness who dashed out when the suspect pointed a handgun at him.
