CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between March 13 and March 16.

Names of those arrested or the town they reside in were only omitted when not provided by police.

March 13

9:29 a.m. — Michael Torres, 42, of Pawtucket, was charged with breaking and entering of a business place/public building with felonious intent and conspiracy. Police said the arrest happened after Torres turned himself over to Cranston police at Third District Court.

12:27 p.m. — Michael Minor, 59, of Cranston, was charged with three counts of manufacturing/possessing/delivering crack cocaine, fraudulent use of food stamps over $500, and two counts of fraudulent use of food stamps under $500. Police said the arrest stemmed from an investigation that led to a warrant being issued.

1:23 p.m. — Ma’Niya Stone, 19, of West Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct after police said they responded to an incident at Cranston High School East.

11:52 p.m. — Anthony Guglielmo, 29, of Seekonk, Massachusetts, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Police said the arrest stemmed from a self-initiated suspicious vehicle/person call at the Dollar General on Dyer Avenue.

March 15

10:44 a.m. — Yasmin Nunez, 44, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of the Coventry Police Department. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop in the area of Laurel Hill Avenue and Farmington Avenue.

11:42 a.m. — Matthew Figueroa Hernandez, 20, of Providence, was charged with robbery first-degree owner/occupant of motor vehicle, assault on person over 60-serious bodily injury, two counts of domestic simple assault, and domestic disorderly conduct. 12:40 p.m. — Jose Valerio Frias, 25, of Providence, was charged with passing of counterfeit certificates/bills/notes and obtaining money under false pretenses over $1500. Police said the arrest stemmed from Frias being picked up on a warrant at Sixth District Court.

March 16

1:38 a.m. — Jaqueline Zuniga Urizar, 23, of Warwick, was charged with DUI (first offense with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.15 percent. Police said the arrest stemmed from a crash on Oaklawn Avenue.

1:03 p.m — Mehdi El-Hanafi Sebti, 36, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting and receiving stolen goods. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.

2:44 p.m. — Sheri McGraw, 52, of Cranston, was charged with domestic violation of a no-contact order.
