CRANSTON, RI — This year's Boston Marathon saw 20,000 runners power through the 26.2-mile race all the way to the finish line. Seven Cranston residents ran this year's race — here's how they did.

Benjamin Leach was the fastest Cranston runner, finishing in 3 hours, 11 minutes and 38 seconds.
